Q: Is parking spaces available?
A: In-house car parking spaces is not available. There are private car park bays and plenty of public parking spaces available.
Q: Can I request for early check-in or late check-out arrangement?
A: The official checkout time is 12 noon . Late checkout services till 12:30 pm are available. Please note that it is subject to room’s availability. Any late check out after 12.30 p.m. onwards will be chargeable at RM30 per hour. Check-in will be from 2.00 pm onwards. Any early check before 2.00 pm is allowable depending on the room availability.
Q: Can I keep my luggage in the hotel if I arrive before my check in time or check out early?
A: Yes, we do provide luggage storage. Please note that luggage storage is only available from 8am to 8pm. And guest are not allowed to leave their valuable items in the luggage as the hotel will not be responsible of any loss of items.
Q: Do we need to share toilet?
A: No, all rooms in Kooning has private bathroom.
Q: What is Twin Room?
A: Twin room has two single beds which consists of upper and lower bunk, comes with private bathroom.
Q: What is the latest time for check in?
A: The latest check in time will be 8.00 pm. Any check in after 8.00 pm is self check in. Our staff will send out the self check in instruction through your booking channels. You may also contact us before your arrival to arrange for your check in.
Q: Do you charge security deposit? How much is it?
A: Yes, we do take a security deposit of RM 50.00 per room. This security deposit is refundable upon check out after deducting all the pending payments of the final night stay.

Payment
- CASH or ONLINE BANK TRANSFER in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) is accepted.
Cancellation
- Reservations made through 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Expedia, Airbnb, etc) can only be cancelled through their booking platform ( please refer to their T&C). In the case of ‘No Show’, full penalty of the room price will be charged.
