Q: Is parking spaces available?
A: In-house car parking spaces is not available. There are private car park bays and plenty of public parking spaces available (coupons provided upon check-in).

Q: Can I request for early check-in or late check-out arrangement?
A: Subject to rooms’ availability. Please contact the hotel reservation desk for arrangement.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

    Payment

  • Only CASH in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) is accepted for walk-in customers. A reservation deposit of RM50 will be collected for customer that book through OTA but choose to pay by cash at the reception counter.
  • Cancellation

  • Reservations made through 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka, Expedia, Airbnb, etc) can only be cancelled through their booking platform. You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged 30% of the total price as penalty fee if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. In the case of ‘No Show’, full penalty of the room price will be charged.
